Elevate prepared an environmental management plan to address concerns related to the Federally Red-listed Hot Water Physa snail that inhabits the hot spring complex and potential risks to the snail and it’s habitat associated with construction.  Elevate also prepared a communications plan and complied a safety plan and is providing ongoing consulting support for the project.
